I had been wanting to ride this event for a long time but the timing never worked out. Finally this year the dates aligned and I was able to ride it.
From the registration area I rode down to the water and as far out on Ediz Hook Road as I was allowed, then turned around and started the long climb to the visitor center. A true sea-to-sky climb, excited to ride it again.
The roads are in great condition and without cars nothing to worry about but spinning the legs and checking out the views.
