The tour ridden clockwise ascends gravel and descends a near-perfect paved road.
Don’t question the hard right hand turn onto FS 2464 and the baseball-sized rocks at the entrance, it’s a wonderful road with almost no traffic, scenic viewpoints, baby rock slides, and wildflowers.
Washington Pass is at the intersection of FS 2464 and FS 2441.
